1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Supervizo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Permitted Use
Supervizo is licensed to institutions for academic project management. You may use the service only for lawful educational purposes. You must not submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or manipulated content.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
Academic work you submit remains your intellectual property. By submitting work, you grant Supervizo a limited license to store and display it to your supervisors and authorized administrators for assessment purposes.
5. Immutability of Submissions
Once submitted, project submissions cannot be edited or deleted. This is intentional: it ensures academic integrity and creates a verifiable audit trail. You may submit a new version if revisions are needed.
6. Subscription and Payment
Institution-level subscriptions are billed annually. Payment proofs submitted via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer are verified by our team within 2 business days. Rejected payments are notified by email with a reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
Supervizo is provided "as is." We are not liable for academic decisions made based on data in the platform. Institutions are responsible for their own grading policies and academic regulations.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Institutions may terminate their subscription with 30 days' notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
